The Marquee

The cotton canvas marquee, lighting, dance floor, leather chairs for the top table, round dining tables and trestle tables plus table linen, china, silverware and glassware and covered chairs and decorations are all included.

The spectacular marquee is an all weather area which can host large groups for the wedding breakfast and evening entertainment. Overhead are three chandeliers and multiple light strings which create a magical night time atmosphere (see gallery). In inclement weather the sides can be added and closed or opened in the sunshine to display the animals and farm fields.

Cotton table linen is included, with hessian table runners and other choices available on request. Tables are decorated with birdcages, jugs of flowers or glass lantern jars stood on wood rounds. The comfortable metal chairs are dressed with white covers and natural hessian bows with flower and farm foliage detail (included in all packages).

We can seat 100 guests at 10 round tables and the trestle tables can be used to make a top table and additional seating for up to 150 if desired, and can also be used for catering purposes.

The Eq-wine horse box bar is situated directly next to the marquee and can be stocked with alcohol of your choice we can also purchase, store and add wine/champagne to the tables (prices to be agreed).

A wooden easel is provided to display your seating plan and natural wood table markers. We also add your order of the day to a pallet display board so your guest can look forward to each element of the day.

The tables can be moved following the Wedding breakfast to open the wooden dance floor area and our sound system can be used with your music playlist or you are welcome to book a band of your choice (not included in the package price).
