The Ceremony

We are fully licensed and held our first wedding ceremony in the Garden Wedding Room on the 4th September 2021 (see Gallery).

The Garden Wedding Room is a rustic barn with wooden beams and features a raised stage with flower decorated railing so the wedding can be enjoyed by the entire audience. There is an anterior room where the bride and her entourage prepare before walking through the guests on the red carpet. The room over looks a trickling fountain and dove cott, with far fetching views across fields and a pretty wooded valley. The scented, lit candles glow in glass globes on the central beam and hang among ivy and field flowers, creating a gorgeous scene for a cosy and romantic ceremony.

All decorations in the Garden Wedding Room are included in the package and the bride can discuss preferences for setting the scene and choose the colours for the theme. The comfortable padded chairs with cream pads are dressed with natural, burlap bows and rose and foliage detail. Larger flower displays can be created for an additional fee. This venue seats up to 50 guests and is wonderfully atmospheric even if the guest numbers are restricted.

While your guests enjoy the Wedding breakfast in the spectacular marquee, the Garden Wedding Room will be converted into a cosy lounge with seating and tables as a place for your guests to retreat away from the dance music. Tea and Coffee will be provided free of charge in this area and children’s drinks are free.

The woodland lawn in front of the Garden Wedding Room  is the perfect place for your guests to throw scented, dried flower confetti (Included in the package) and there are several different walkways and areas where guests can find opportunities for beautiful photographs.
