COVID Secure Wedding Venue

The team at Bridle & Groom Weddings are keen to ensure that everyone stays safe during their visit to Blackwater farm. We have a complete health and safety risk assessment that includes risks from COVID-19 and this is shared with all staff and guests.

We will ensure that people with COVID-19 symptoms, staff members or guests self-isolate and take a PCR test if they have a high temperature, a new continuous cough, or a loss or change to their sense of smell or taste.

‍ The licensed Garden Wedding Room is well ventilated and we have installed a HEPA air filter for additional safety. The marquee has natural airflow through the space and overall we are an outdoor venue, with a large, weatherproof area for your wedding breakfast and party.

‍ The ladies and gents toilet facilities (including the disabled toilet) have push button soap dispensers and taps and hand driers which can be operated with your elbow. Surfaces which are touched often are cleaned regularly. Sanitizer is readily available on site.

On arrival, guests check in at our venue and can use the QR reader to register attendance for track and trace purposes. Further information is displayed at our venue to ensure guest and staff safety.
