The SHETLAND PACKAGE for 50-day guests £5,485

The wedding ceremony with 50 guests in the Garden Wedding Room, or on the Woodland lawn with countryside views. Cornish, farm fayre wedding feast for 50 in the marquee, and use of the Eq-wine, horse box bar and evening party in the Marquee.

*Replace the savoury course with a Hog Roast for an additional £1000, which includes an evening cheese board, sausage rolls and pasties – ratio up to 50.

The DARTMOOR PACKAGE for 70-day guests £7,425

The wedding ceremony with 60 guests in the Garden Wedding Room or on the Woodland lawn, with country side views. Cornish, farm fayre wedding feast for 70 in the Marquee, and use of the Eq-wine, horse box bar and evening party in the Marquee.

The THOROUGHBRED PACAKGE for 90-day guests £10,785

The Wedding Ceremony with 90 guests, in the Marquee or on the Woodland lawn with countryside views. Hog roast, wedding breakfast with desserts, for 90 in the Marquee and use of the Eq-wine, horse box bar and evening party in the Marquee for 90 guests, which includes an evening cheese board, hot dogs, sausage rolls and pasties – ratio up to 90.

The SHIRE PACKAGE for 110-day guests £11,835

The wedding ceremony with 110 guests on the Woodland lawn or in the marquee.

A Hog Roast with desserts for 110 guests, served in the Marquee, use of the Eq-wine, horse box bar and evening party in the Marquee which includes an evening cheese board,hot dogs, sausage rolls and pasties – ratio up to 90.

   *Additional wedding feast guests for any package - £ 33.50 per person

Bridle & Groom offer a complete, modern wedding package at a set price without the annoying hidden extras. See full details of what is included below:

Agreed access to the 9 acres of farmland and the animals for photo opportunities and hands on experiences.

Guest use of the large car park, which can extend into Well field.

Use of the licenced Garden Wedding Room for the marriage, including red carpet, chairs, chair covers, chair bows, Victorian jam jar lights & flowers for the beam and stage.

Use of the licenced Woodland Lawn, with seating and tables in front of the Garden Wedding Room overlooking the pond, fountain and far-reaching countryside views.

Registrarfees and booking to be organised by the couple as this is a personal decision.

Useof the small Booking office as a lawn bar or for any other requirement such asa gin bar or sweet shop, (to be arranged in agreement with the venue).

Lawn festoon lights and woodland decorations, lanterns, and fairy lights.

Tea and coffee will be available after the wedding breakfast in the GWR or Marquee

Children’s soft drinks available throughout the event.

Welcome drinks and prosecco wall.

Real flower petal confetti and personalised holders for your guests.

Use of the ‘Carte Blanche’ buggy to deliver select guests from the car park to the marquee.

Use of Fire Pit and hay bale lounge in Long Acre field – logs are also included.

Use of the Eq-wine bar with ice making facilities, fridge and 1 member of bar staff to serve.

All bar glasses wine, beer, half pint, prosecco and shot glasses are provided with the bar for up to 150 guests. Free corkage.

ADJ or live band can be hired but is not included.

Use of the 40 x 45ft cotton canvas marquee for up to 150 guests.

Circular and oblong tables for up to 110 guests.

The top table with nine leather chairs.

Guest chairs (up to 110), with white covers and hessian bows.

Wine, water and champagne glasses for every guest.

White wedding service and matching wedding silverware.

Table linen in white and hessian top cloths, with a hessian and lace runner. White or red napkins for 110.

Marquee matting fitted throughout.

Decorative French glass chandeliers and light strings in the marquee.

Use of the Dance floor and PA system for speeches and disco if required.

Farm Foliage and flowers for every table and multiple top table decorations.

Table numbers and decorative wooden easel for table seating plan.

Wood rounds and candles, jugs, bird cages and various other farm props are available for your use – if we have it, you can use it, free of charge!

A choice of three tier wedding cake, either flavoured sponge cakes, a sumptuous, iced fruit cake, or a cheese tower / brownie tower. Style, flavour and colour of your choice.

Guest numbers over 60 will require a second member of bar staff at a cost of £150.

Use of the Spitting pig hog roaster with no charges for disposal or clean up.

BlackwaterHot dogs and/or sausage rolls and pasties served in the evening with a largecheeseboard /fruit and biscuits.

Use of the Honeymoon Airstream Caravelle in Well field for the first night.

Use of the Garden Wedding Room or marquee for your Blackwater breakfast with tea, coffee and juice, with time for you to re-live your special day with your guests (£12 PP - Served at a time to suit you in the morning). Bride & Groom’s breakfast is included.
